The whole place was very clean, my room was always cleaned even when I didn't ask. The sauna and pool where great!! Quite street, everything you need near by including a 24 pharmacy. It's in the middle of most of the tourist attractions. I wanted a quite place and I got it. All staff was very professional. Especially - Ezequiel and Gabriel were very helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was especially helpful in making our stay in Buenos Aires a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, and the public spaces were artfully decorated like staying in a modern art museum. The staff was very professional and helped us make reservations resolved the issues that we had with our reservations.

Are trip involved being in and out of Buenos Aires, we could keep our bags safely at the hotel sometimes for several weeks, even when we finally returned and were not booked into the hotel we could use the showers in the spa to freshen up after a long night on a bus.

I loved the room's decoration, the blinds that cover the windows so you can sleep well when experiencing the jet lag and the bath tub with included spa is quite luxurious and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful as they have always been when staying with them in Buenos Aires. This hotel is truly a 5 stars for a reasonable price!
